KITCHEN SAFE : Aerosol Class K (F) is a fire extinguishing product designed for extinguishing class A (solid materials) and class K/F (cooking oil/deep fat fires) fires, with easy-to-use and maintenance-free operation. The term "Class K" is the term for special fire extinguishers for cooking oil/fat in the USA (NFPA Standard) and "Class F" applies in Europe (EN Norm 3 - 7). The product we made refers to SNI 180:2019 - Portable Fire Extinguisher (APAP).
KITCHEN SAFE : Class K (F) aerosol contains inorganic salt liquid which is designed to be effective for extinguishing burning cooking oil. In addition to its ability to extinguish the burning cooking oil flame and form a blanket on the surface, the chemical agent used has a cooling effect that helps the extinguishing process and prevents the re-ignition of the cooking oil. This fire extinguisher is suitable for use in apartments that have kitchens, households and small-scale restaurants. In testing, Kitchen Safe was able to extinguish fires up to a 5K (F) rating.
